Keith is the president of Inspiring Excellence, LLC; a coaching, training and public speaking company dedicated to developing the leadership potential in others.  He does this by helping people create meaningful goals, build effective strategies and plans, and make better life decisions.  Inspiring Excellence’s vision is to create a powerful and nurturing community and achieves this via its mission to create tomorrow’s leaders today.

Keith also consults on management development, conflict resolution, anger management, change management, conflict resolution, coaching, customer service, relationship development, and team building.

Keith is an accomplished and versatile leader with extensive experience in sales, operations and training and development in a variety of diverse organizations such as Blue Rhino, Pepsi-Cola, and Frito-Lay.  Keith has gone back to his athletic roots and is now working with Michigan State University on a leadership development program for their athletic department. 

Recently he has made an impact in the community with his corrections re-entry work with Twin Cities Rise, Minnesota Department of Corrections and The Network for Better Futures, affordable housing development with Aeon, and addressing disparities in juvenile justice with the Ramsey County Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative.

Keith is a dynamic coach and facilitator, skilled in motivating and developing personnel while promoting the company’s core mission and values.  He has the ability to modulate skills between delegating through a large staff and providing hands on management.  He has executive acumen yet can establish credibility with front-line personnel.  As a determined strategic thinker, he demonstrates success in continuously implementing solid business strategies which exceed financial targets and maximize organizational efficiencies.

Keith has a B.S. degree from the University of Minnesota.  He also has an athletic background as a professional football player with the Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Cardinals and a collegiate career with the University of Minnesota.
